ANNUAL ASHP & BOILER SERVICE AGREEMENT
Plumbing & Heating Maintenance Contract (UK)
This Agreement is made between Adam Jones Plumbing & Heating (“the Contractor”) and the Customer. Contract
Term: 12 Months from the Agreement Start Date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Definitions
Standard Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm excluding public holidays. System refers to the ASHP,
boiler, heating and internal plumbing covered under this Agreement. A Callout is attendance to diagnose or address an
issue. - Scope of Services
One Full Annual ASHP Service, safety and performance inspections, functional testing, standard servicing equipment,
and up to three callouts per calendar year during standard working hours. - Exclusions & Parts
Labour only unless stated otherwise. Failed or faulty parts are not included. Replacement parts and associated labour
are chargeable at an agreed price. Drainage systems, upgrades, misuse damage, corrosion, sludge and third■party
work are excluded. - Callouts & Additional Work
Three free callouts per calendar year during standard hours. Additional visits may be charged at the Contractor’s
standard rate. Work outside agreed scope requires customer approval. - Out of Hours Charges
Work between 6:00pm and 6:00am is charged at £80 for the first hour and £40 per hour thereafter. - Fees & Payment Terms
Service plans from £25 per month unless otherwise agreed. Payment for additional work is due upon completion
unless agreed in writing. - Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe access, ensure utilities are available, maintain proper system use, report faults promptly, and control pets
or hazards during visits. - Contractor Responsibilities
Services provided with reasonable care and skill in line with UK law, holding appropriate insurance and complying with
Health & Safety regulations. - Liability
Contractor not liable for indirect losses, manufacturer faults, or pre existing defects. Nothing excludes liability for
death or personal injury caused by negligence. - Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Services may be suspended for non payment or unsafe
working conditions. - Force Majeure
No liability for delays due to events beyond reasonable control including severe weather or supply chain disruption. - Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. - Acceptance
Signing confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
